Text Box: 	Cecilia Swatton loves creating rubber stamp designs in Photoshop, pulling together elements from her own photos, scans and drawings.
	One of her stamped greeting cards was featured on the cover of The Rubber Stamper magazine in October 2006.  A part-time Contributing Designer for the magazine, she creates greeting cards that are published there on a regular basis.
	Her artwork has also appeared in Expression, Somerset Studio’s Summer 2006 Gallery, Stamp ‘n’ Scrap and The spring Hill Review.  Work of hers has been accepted for near-future publication at the magazines Altered Arts and Cloth Paper Scissors.  September 2007 will bring publication of a book, Off the Wall:  Altered Art, in which a sample of her art will appear.
	Her art, sold through two NJ stores, include gentle, nostalgic collages as well as abstracts that push colors to the max.  In all her art, texture is the hallmark.  Rubber stamps are often used, directly or indirectly, in creating her work.
	An Associate at Guild of Creative Art in Shrewsbury, she lives in Middletown, NJ, with her husband.  Her art has previously been displayed, both as one-person shows and as elements in group shows, at many local libraries, coffee houses, hotel lobbies and similar venues
